I called support, they told me to upgrade to 5.4.2 and said the compatibility issue with Windows 10 was fixed.
That user then started having issues where they will drop connections seemingly at random in the middle of working. So I called support, they had me start using version 5.2.5 and that got it connected. I set it up with the latest version we were currently using, matched the settings, and. When I started messing with setting up VPN users, I only had a Windows 10 laptop to work with.
